Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC)

General terms

• Research services are provided by Sujal Hanumant Salgude Patil (SEBI RA, INH000030649) in his individual capacity.
• Services begin only after KYC is completed and the client accepts these terms and the MITC.
• Research recommendations are for the client's personal use and must not be shared, forwarded or resold.
• Investment decisions are made by the client at the client's own risk. The Research Analyst does not execute trades or manage funds for clients.
• Fees are charged as per the published fee structure and within the limits prescribed by SEBI. Fees are accepted only by banking channels (bank transfer or UPI) to the account in the Research Analyst's name. No cash.
• Fees are not linked to profits, and no assured returns are offered.

Refund policy

Fees, once paid, are for the service period chosen by the client. If the service is terminated early, either by the client or by the Research Analyst, the client is entitled to a refund of the proportionate fees for the unexpired period of the service. No breakage fee or cancellation charge is deducted. Refunds are paid to the same bank account from which the fee was received, within 7 working days of the termination request.
