Disclosures in research reports
Every research report and recommendation will disclose, as required by the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014:
- Whether the Research Analyst or associates have any financial interest in, or hold, the recommended security, and any actual or potential conflict of interest.
- Whether the Research Analyst or associates have received any compensation from the subject company in the past twelve months.
- Whether the Research Analyst has served as an officer, director or employee of the subject company, or has been engaged in market making in it.
- The basis of the recommendation, the risks involved, and the target price and time horizon where applicable.
The Research Analyst will not trade in a security in a manner contrary to his own recommendation, and will follow the trading restrictions prescribed by SEBI around the publication of research.
Use of artificial intelligence
No artificial intelligence (AI) tools are used to generate research recommendations. If AI tools are used in providing research services, the Research Analyst remains solely responsible for the output and will disclose their use to clients.
